Peace, cous-cous and silence



One of my favourite grains is Cous-cous, and believe me or not, I learned how to fix it at home in Italy. I learned this amazingly delicious recipe from a friend this summer at RoccaMare, a little town on the Maremma coast.
 
You can't help but love cous-cous in this scenic, aesthetic environment.
Onion, peppers, parsley, tomatoes and celery....Oh my goodness!!!
